Generic Usage

Installation​

To install a plugin, you need to go to plugin manager in controller settings, and add the plugin code there, below are the steps to install a plugin:

  1. Open user menu
  1. Go to settings
  1. Go to Plugin Manager
  1. Select LUA Plugin Manager
  1. Click on Add Button
  1. Replace the code in the text area with the plugin code, and click on Save button
  1. If the plugin is installed successfully, you will see a success message

Using the plugin​

Once plugin is installed, some plugins might need some configuration steps in order for them to work properly. You can find configuration instruction on the respective plugin page.

To use most of the plugins, you need to add plugin's device into the system, you can do it by selecting Plugins tab on the device inclusion dialog, and selecting desired plugin there.

  1. Open the device inclusion dialog:
  1. Select Plugins tab and select needed plugin:
  1. Click on REFRESH button to refresh the list of all available devices
  1. Select appropriate device, fill the device name field
  1. Click on Add button to include the device
  1. New device should be created with specified name, room and type and be visible in the devioce list
